Description:

The RN Emergency Room Nurse provides critical care to patients in an emergency department setting. This role involves assessing and treating a high volume of patients, managing traumatic and urgent medical conditions, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to provide effective care. The nurse will handle various medical emergencies, from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions, with a 1:4 patient ratio. Weekend shifts and one holiday shift per year are required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• TNCC certification is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
