The RN Cardiac and Vascular Operating Room Nurse provides essential support during cardiac and vascular surgeries, including both open and endovascular procedures. This nurse is responsible for maintaining sterile technique, assisting with robotic surgeries, and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical process. The role also involves post-operative care and includes on-call shifts and weekend requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of experience in both cardiac and vascular surgeries.
• Proficiency in using IABP, Impella, ECMO, and robotic surgical systems.
• Skilled in scrub and circulating duties.
• Strong knowledge of patient care during the perioperative period.
• Availability for on-call shifts and weekend responsibilities.
