Description:

The RN Hybrid Operating Room Nurse specializes in assisting during advanced hybrid surgeries that combine traditional open-heart surgery and endovascular interventions. This role requires proficiency in operating complex equipment like Impella, ECMO, and IABP. The nurse will assist with pre-surgical preparations, intra-operative support, and post-operative recovery, while also managing call shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 3+ years of experience in cardiovascular or hybrid operating room environments.
• Expertise in managing advanced cardiovascular equipment such as Impella, IABP, and ECMO.
• Ability to scrub and circulate during hybrid surgeries.
• Strong post-operative care experience.
• Willingness to participate in on-call shifts and weekend rotations.
