Description:
The Neuro IMCU/Telemetry Nurse specializes in caring for patients with neurological disorders, including strokes, seizures, and brain injuries, in an intermediate care setting. This role requires experience in telemetry and critical neuro care, as well as the management of cardiac drips, insulin drips, and IV fluids. The nurse will assist in wound care and manage neuro patients using specialized equipment such as IV pumps and SCB machines. The position involves rotating night shifts with required holiday and weekend work.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of experience in neuro IMCU or telemetry nursing.
• Proficient in neuro assessments, cardiac drips, and IV management.
• Experience with wound vacs and other critical equipment.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
