Description:
The RN ICU/Cardiovascular Recovery Nurse is responsible for providing care to patients recovering from cardiac surgery or other major cardiovascular interventions. This role requires expertise in managing post-operative care, monitoring devices like Impella and ECMO, and handling critical care situations. The nurse will work 12-hour night shifts, providing continuous care and interventions as needed.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 3+ years of experience in ICU or cardiovascular recovery nursing.
• Proficiency in managing post-op cardiac patients, including the use of devices like ECMO and Impella.
• Expertise in post-operative assessments and critical care interventions.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage emergency recovery needs.
• Availability to take on-call shifts.
