Description:

The RN Neonatal Care Nurse is responsible for the daily care of premature and critically ill neonates in a NICU setting. This role includes providing ongoing assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs using specialized equipment. The nurse will also educate parents about their baby’s health and recovery process. NRP Advanced certification and previous experience in Level III NICU settings are required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in a Level III NICU.
• NRP Advanced certification required.
• Experience with neonatal intensive care technologies, including ventilators and incubators.
• Strong communication skills for working with families.
• Familiarity with EPIC for electronic documentation.
