Description:
The RN LDRP Nurse provides full-spectrum care for mothers from labor through post-partum. This role includes monitoring labor, providing pain management, assisting in the delivery, and ensuring appropriate recovery for both mother and baby. The nurse will also assist in newborn care and provide patient education. Weekend and holiday shifts, along with night shifts, are required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Post-partum care.
• Skilled in fetal monitoring, labor support, and newborn care.
• Proficient in post-delivery recovery and patient education.
• Strong communication skills for supporting families through the birth process.
• Flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Pay:
High Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
