Description:
The RN ICU Nurse delivers high-quality care to patients suffering from critical conditions such as heart failure, respiratory distress, and multi-organ failure. The nurse is responsible for managing complex medical equipment, administering medications, and providing support to families. Night shifts, weekend shifts, and holiday availability are part of this role.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of experience in critical care.
• Skilled in monitoring and managing patients on life-supporting equipment such as ventilators and CRRT.
• Ability to assess patient conditions and intervene quickly during emergencies.
• Proficient in communication with families in high-stress situations.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
