Description:
The RN Endoscopy Nurse cares for patients receiving endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies, upper GI scopes, and other diagnostic tests. The nurse is responsible for patient assessments, preparation, assisting with the procedure, and providing aftercare. The role requires knowledge of sedation protocols and patient monitoring during the procedure. Flexibility for weekend and on-call shifts is part of the role.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in endoscopy or similar outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of endoscopic procedures and sedation techniques.
• Strong communication skills for patient education and family support.
• Proficiency in patient monitoring during and after the procedure.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on-call.

Pay:
High Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
