Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and record vital signs.
Administer and ensure adherence to medication schedules.
Observe and document patient progress throughout treatment.
Communicate with patients' families regarding care and progress.

Qualifications:

✔ 2+ years of experience as an LPN/LVN
✔ Active LPN License (NJ)
✔ BLS Certification
