Advanced Interventional Radiology Technician

Location: Morristown, NJ
Job Description: The Advanced Interventional Radiology Technician will work closely with radiologists and vascular surgeons, providing expert assistance in neuro-interventional, vascular, and oncologic interventions. Responsibilities include managing fluoroscopic imaging and circulating complex interventional devices.

Education:

• Required:
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Associate degree OR completion of an accredited radiographic program.

Certifications & Licensure:

• NJ Radiographic Licensure.
• BLS certification from an approved AHS credentialed American Heart Association program or an accredited BLS program with skill demonstration in basic life support.
• Current Radiography (R) certification with ARRT.

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist or Cardio-Vascular Technologist with NJ radiographic licensure.
• Strong technical knowledge of fluoroscopic modalities.
• Experience assisting with interventional procedures and managing complex products.
• Ability to operate power injection devices for contrast media administration.
• Familiarity with EMR documentation and image transfer to Sectra/PACs.
