Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse
Responsibilities: As a Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse, you will care for patients who require extended medical care or rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility. You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and mental health, administering medications, and coordinating care plans for those with chronic conditions or recovering from surgeries. Additionally, you will offer support and guidance to family members and ensure that residents’ emotional and social needs are met.
Required Skills: Strong clinical skills in managing long-term care patients, excellent communication with families and healthcare teams, and knowledge of rehabilitation and chronic disease management.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN), experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
