Acute Rehabilitation Nurse
Responsibilities: As an Acute Rehabilitation Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from acute injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. Your role will involve assessing patient conditions, creating individualized care plans, and assisting patients with rehabilitation activities. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare providers to promote recovery. Additionally, you will educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, progress, and post-discharge care.
Required Skills: Strong knowledge of rehabilitation nursing, excellent communication, ability to manage complex care plans, and a compassionate approach to patient recovery.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN), experience in acute rehab or rehabilitation nursing preferred.
