Job Title: Basic Quality Reviewer
Shift: Monday to Friday (Normal Shift)
Hours: 40 per week
Location: 100% Remote
Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Rate: $33.06/Hourly

Minimum Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP or supplier master data management.
  • Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management (SQM), including Approved Supplier List data management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality, Operations, or Technical roles within the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries.
  • Experience with Quality Systems.
  • Proficiency in data analytic tools (e.g., Spotfire, QlikSense, PowerBI, PowerApps).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, handling large datasets, complex functions).
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Access) or Quality Management Systems in a CGMP Pharma environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a diverse, remote environment.
  • Experience leading virtual meetings and presenting to large groups across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Operates in an empowered, self-directed culture with independent decision-making for planning, coordinating, and executing Supplier Quality Management (SQM) activities.
  • Reviews data entered by system users, performs data quality approvals, audits for compliance, and collaborates with users to resolve discrepancies.
  • Generates data queries/reports to meet business needs and assists with system updates, user training, and enhancements.
  • Maintains active communication with the Global SQM team to ensure milestone success.
  • Supports data quality governance and provides day-to-day assistance for the supplier management system.
  • Collaborates with global and site organizations to achieve business goals.
  • Provides guidance on Quality Data Governance within Supplier Quality and site-impacted areas.
  • Reviews and manages supplier data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develops business processes, procedures, tools, and training to enhance supplier data management.
  • Tracks and trends supplier master data quality, ensuring visibility for relevant sites and global functions.
  • Participates in Community of Practice, Office Hours, and Knowledge Networks related to Supplier Quality.
  • Responds to system management inquiries and escalates potential risks to the Global SQM lead.

Note: This is a 100% remote role, requiring 40 hours per week for a 12+ month assignment with potential for extension.
