Job Title: Patient Registrar - Neurosurgery Services

Duties:

• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance details for neurosurgery appointments.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an accurate calendar for the neurosurgery team.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues.
• Input patient information and medical records into the system using Microsoft Office tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient data.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care settings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:

• High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,300 - $1,550
