Job Title: RN - Medical Chart Review Specialist
Summary: Utilize clinical expertise to conduct detailed reviews of medical charts for accuracy and proper sequencing of diagnoses. Analyze documentation from consultation notes, history and physicals, operative reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries, including handling complex cases with precision.
Experience: At least two years of experience in medical chart review or related clinical practice.
Certifications: Active RN License, BLS certification preferred.
Stipend Range:
Weekly stipend: $2,800 - $3,600
Monthly stipend: $11,600 - $15,500
