JOB TITLE: Integration Developer

Location: NYC, NY

Mandatory Requirements:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The business objectives of this initiative involve an application that would provide all landlords with improved customer service, including self-service capabilities. The application facilitates electronic rent payments, ensures accurate payments across all programs and tenants (the "golden" record concept), and allows landlords to perform various functions such as updating information, viewing payment history, and enrolling in electronic payments. Significant enhancements are required to improve processes and achieve comprehensive project objectives.

Tasks & Duties:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations.
  • Create and implement integration solutions for enhanced system communication.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems by creating golden records and enabling many-to-many links between landlord accounts.
  • Develop and manage APIs for seamless integration and data exchange, ensuring a historical view of accounts connected to a shared landlord portal.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve integration issues with minimal disruption to operations.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SDLC, including middleware technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to bridge technical concepts with business leaders effectively.
  • Deep understanding of middleware technologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in team environments on large applications, team leadership, and object-oriented programming methodology.
  • Expertise in Java/JEE development, RESTful services, SOAP services, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.
  • Strong knowledge of MQ Queues, channels, attributes, certificates (SSL), and public/private keys.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), APP Connect Enterprise (ACE), Toolkit, IBM MQ Explorer, and Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Extensive experience working with JAVA, IBM's JAVA-based Extended Structured Query Language (ESQL), and related tools.
  • Familiarity with IBM DataPower, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, and other integration technologies.
