Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Postpartum/Mother-Baby

Location: New York, NY (Postal Code: 10451)

Duration: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns.
• Monitor maternal and neonatal health, and respond to any complications.
• Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and administer conscious sedation as needed.
• Educate and support new mothers in infant care and breastfeeding techniques.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of maternal and child healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation.

Education Requirements:

• Valid New York State RN License.
• Completion of primary source verification.
• Certified in AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.

Certifications & Licenses Required:

• ACLS
• BLS
• NRP
• RN License
• Phlebotomy certification

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).

Minimum Education Level:

• Associate's Degree (Community College or equivalent).
