Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
No weekends or holidays.
On-call: Minimum of 2 on-call shifts per month.
Job Summary:
The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) delivers exceptional care to surgical patients in various specialties, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Endovascular surgery. This role involves patient assessment, surgical assistance, and documentation during procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patient needs, collaborate with surgeons and medical staff.
Scrub and circulate for Orthopedic, Neurosurgical, Robotic, and other surgeries.
Maintain meticulous documentation, including Epic systems.
Ensure a safe environment during surgeries.
Provide leadership and mentorship to support staff in the operating room.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of OR experience in required specialties.
