Marketing Promotions Specialist
General Summary & Scope
• Maintain the promotions calendar to ensure timely launches.
• Build and conduct end-to-end testing of promotions for accuracy and an optimal guest experience.
• Serve as a liaison between E-commerce Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Pricing, IT, and other departments to execute online promotions and drive enhancements.
• Quickly resolve guest-facing promotional errors as they arise.
• Collaborate with the Content team on product maintenance and other tasks.
• Monitor daily reports and alerts to take necessary actions.
• Assist in coordinating major promotional events with E-commerce Merchants and Retail Pricing.
• Work with the IT Ops team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Manage ongoing initiatives such as Mag/Tab, newsletters, and coupon code generation.
• Assist with various digital ad hoc projects as required.
