User Experience Specialist
General Summary & Scope
• The User Experience Specialist will support the Senior Manager, Digital User Experience within the eCommerce team.
• This role is vital in crafting user-centered designs for web, mobile web, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with a diverse team, including creative designers, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• Mentor and guide other UXA resources as necessary.
• Represent the voice of the customer based on research and analytics.
• Capture business requirements and user needs to create effective user experiences.
• Lead brainstorm sessions and workshops to gather UX insights.
• Identify and execute research needs, collaborating with the customer research team.
• Analyze research findings to refine design strategies.
• Conduct competitive analyses and heuristic evaluations.
• Evaluate the usability of features and recommend changes.
• Collaborate with UX, creative, and development teams to implement solutions.
• Maintain expertise in web and app UX best practices.
• Create documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations.
• Participate in design reviews to share ideas and gather feedback.
• Interact effectively with executives and senior leadership.
• Proactively resolve challenges with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexities, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Lead projects independently and mentor other UXA resources.
