Interactive Experience Designer
General Summary & Scope
• The Interactive Experience Designer will support the Senior Manager, Digital User Experience within the eCommerce team.
• This role is crucial in creating user-centered designs for web, mobile web, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with various teams, including creative design, business stakeholders, and development teams.
• Mentor and coach other UXA resources as necessary.
• Represent the voice of the customer using insights from research and analytics.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective experiences.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops for UX direction.
• Identify and execute research needs, collaborating with the customer research team.
• Analyze research results and adapt design strategies accordingly.
• Conduct competitive analyses and heuristic evaluations to improve usability.
• Evaluate usability and recommend changes for features.
• Collaborate with UX, creative, and development teams to create solutions.
• Maintain expertise in web and app UX best practices and apply them to projects.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to convey design concepts.
• Participate in reviews with stakeholders to share design direction and gather feedback.
• Effectively engage with executives and senior leadership.
• Proactively address challenges with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Lead projects independently and provide mentorship to other UXA resources.
