Job Summary:

The Integration Specialist will oversee and execute integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including SharePoint, CityBase, and DataBakup. This role ensures seamless data flow and system compatibility, supporting effective communication between Salesforce and other key applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards for all integrations.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors for implementation and testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in system integration, with expertise in Salesforce.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other integration tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of data privacy standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MQ1: Proof of 3 successful integrations of payment processing with third-party systems (e.g., CityBase, SharePoint).
• MQ2: At least 10 years in Salesforce configuration and development for organizations with 30+ users.
• MQ3: 5+ recent years in Salesforce development services specifically for utility or government clients, preferably in publicly owned electric utilities.
• MQ4: Documentation of at least one example of training materials and reference guides for Lightning users.
