Job Description:

• The Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse will be responsible for scrubbing and circulating in a broad spectrum of surgical procedures, including endocrine, breast, oncologic, gastrointestinal, and hepatobiliary surgeries. The role requires working closely with surgeons and other OR team members to ensure the highest quality of patient care in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform both scrub and circulating duties during a variety of surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient care and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to adapt to stressful situations and provide seamless surgical care.
• Maintain clear communication with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years OR experience – Required.
• Scrubbing experience – Required.
• Multiple surgical specialties experience – Required.

Certifications:

• Current BLS – Required.
• Scrub and Circulate Skills Checklists – Required.

Technology:

• EPIC experience – Required.

License:

• New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License.
