Skills Required:

• Knowledge of para-professional nursing methods and techniques
• Understanding and application of state and agency laws/regulations for nursing practices
• Proficient in using and maintaining medical equipment
• Ability to maintain a safe, orderly, therapeutic, and hygienic environment
• Competent in recording, maintaining, and retrieving medical records
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience Required:

• Experience in a nursing home setting

Education/Certification:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Arizona
• Ability to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety
• Must possess a valid driver's license and may be required to drive on state duty
