Job Overview:

• This role involves providing hospice nursing care in Flint, MI. The assignment is highly flexible due to the potential resolution of union negotiations. Upon deployment, the traveler will be guaranteed 60 hours at the bill rate, regardless of when the strike is settled.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hospice nursing services during strike conditions.
• Be prepared for immediate deployment, depending on the strike situation.
• Reside in provided housing for logistical and safety reasons.
• Crisis compliance will be managed by the facility and third-party partners.
• Utilize Home Care Home Base software for documentation.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 1+ year of hospice experience.

Software Proficiency: Must have experience with Home Care Home Base.

Contract Flexibility: Must agree to an open-ended strike contract and stay in provided housing.
