Job Description:

• We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient behavior and vital signs, and document changes accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and mental health resources.
• Participate in therapeutic activities and group therapy sessions as required.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Previous experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.

Licensure:

• Current RN license issued by the New York State Education Department.

Skills:

• Strong assessment and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment.

Availability:

• Willingness to commit to the designated shift and potentially adjust to the needs of the facility.
