Job Title: CT Scan Technologist

Location: Bricktown, NJ 08724
Hours: 40 hours/week, 10-hour shifts (4 days/week)

Job Summary:
The CT Scan Technologist performs computed tomography procedures to produce sectional and 3D images for interpretation and assists with interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex CT procedures and review patient histories.
• Prepare and administer contrast media.
• Verify prescriptions and communicate with referring physicians.
• Ensure documentation and insurance verification.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide education.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiological positioning.
• Familiarity with PACS systems and CT hardware/software.
• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT (or willingness to obtain).
• BLS certification within three months of hire.

Education:

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:

• NJ DEP Diagnostic Radiography License.
• ARRT Certified R.T.(R) license required.
