Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician CWR
Duration: 13+ week contract (Extendable)
Location: Manahawkin, NJ
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect used and contaminated equipment, instruments, and supplies for sorting and decontamination.
• Manually clean supplies, remove waste matter, and operate decontamination equipment.
• Prepare and pack decontaminated supplies for sterilization.
• Monitor and operate sterilization equipment.
• Examine supplies to ensure they are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent, along with certification in sterile processing and distribution.
• At least one year of Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) experience in acute care is required. May be floated to earlier shifts based on needs.
• Must pass a background check and provide proof of up-to-date immunizations.
• Strong attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulous care on the job.
• Passion for safety and high standards in healthcare.
• Good judgment and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred: Previous travel contract experience is a plus.

Certification: CRCST or CBSPD required.
