Job Summary:
We are seeking a Patient Coordinator I to serve as the first point of contact for patients, either in person or in a call center setting. This role involves greeting patients, verifying and updating insurance information, managing patient records, and supporting the overall patient experience in a medical office setting.

This role involves frequent use of a computer keyboard and office equipment. Manual dexterity is required for handling charts and other documents. The role may require stooping, bending, sitting, standing, and moving around for extended periods. Interaction with patients in the waiting room and performing administrative tasks is also necessary.
