Responsibilities:
Work closely with program staff to manage projects within the Medicaid Data Warehouse (MDW).
Manage projects using a PMBOK-based project management methodology, adhering to well-defined processes, templates, and guidelines for all project phases under the supervision of a formal Project Management Office (PMO).
Prepare and manage the Project Management Plan, including scope statement, schedule, budget, quality plan, risks, issues, and communication plan.
Prepare project documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
Track project performance to ensure goals are met.
Identify and facilitate communication with various stakeholder groups.
Utilize formal project change management processes and communicate any changes with all stakeholders.
Conduct stakeholder analysis sessions to synchronize expectations and facilitate lessons learned.
Develop and execute transition plans to ensure a smooth transition to operations.
Focus may be directed toward initiatives related to Pharmacy and PMQI (Performance Management and Quality Improvement).
Collaborate with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to ensure alignment of project management activities with EPMO standards.
