Job Title: LPN - Long Term Care
Duration: 13 weeks+ contract (Extendable)
Work Location: Lake Orion, MI
Shift: 12 hrs/day (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), Every other weekend

Position Summary:

• Supervise and perform direct and indirect resident care based on individual resident care plans and physician orders, following federal, state, and facility rules, regulations, and policies.

Submission Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in LTC – Required
• BLS – Required
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience – Preferred

Education:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited university
• Valid LPN license to practice in Michigan
• Primary Source Verification required

Skills:

• At least two years of SNF/LTC or Med Surg experience
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Previous geriatric experience preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including proficiency in using computer programs and applications
• Must be CPR trained and possess a current BLS certification

Additional Information:

• COVID Vaccine required (Medical & Religious Exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis)
• This is a challenging location; not suitable for LPNs who may have difficulty managing a high-paced/stressful environment

License/Certifications: Must be uploaded with profile (Current MI license and BLS required). The facility will not pend license/certifications. 3+ years of current experience preferred.
