Job Description:

• The RN will be responsible for patient care on their assigned shift, aligned with the health system’s mission, vision, and values.
• Duties include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria.
• The RN will provide clinical judgments based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills.
• Assists in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff, including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries.
• Must float to all units within their skill level as needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 1+ year of relevant experience - Required.

Certifications:

• BLS (AHA) - Required
• ACLS (AHA) - Required
• NIHSS - Required

Floating:

• Must be willing to float to all units within their skill level.
