Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to identify patient needs and appropriate interventions.
Provides care for patients with co-occurring disorders, focusing on sobriety and management of psychiatric conditions (such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, etc.).
Administers medically-assisted withdrawal and stabilization, promoting recovery.
Provides clinical supervision of Mental Health Workers (MHWs) to ensure safe and therapeutic care delivery.
Must be willing to float to other units and take charge RN shifts as needed.
Travelers are required to make up any missed shifts before the end of the contract.
Experience:
5 years of recent RN experience (within the last 3 months) - Required.
Behavioral Health Experience: Must be listed on the resume, including specific age groups.
Willingness to Float: Must be willing to float to other units and take charge RN shifts.
Certifications:
Must be willing to obtain any required certifications if not already held.
Profile Requirements:
Resume detailing psych experience and age groups/populations served (e.g., Psych RN - Facility - Age Group - Dates).
Psych skills checklist (updated within the last year).
Two supervisory references from the last two years of employment.
