Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry
Location: Manahawkin, NJ 08050
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse evaluates patients and assists physicians with care, planning and documenting nursing interventions based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and prioritize care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Document care according to standards and patient acuity.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices.
• Provide patient-centered care.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience.

Education & Licensure:

• Required: ASN from an accredited nursing school.
• Preferred: BSN and Telemetry Certification.

Certifications:

• Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, NJ RN license or multi-state compact license.
