Title: Functional Analyst

Job Description:
The Functional Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for the PeopleSoft Time and Labor implementation project, guiding users through design, configuration, and testing phases. The role involves ongoing support and process improvements post go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in PeopleSoft Time and Labor setup, including pay rules and employment terms.
  • Document business requirements and create solutions for functional gaps.
  • Participate in testing phases and resolve issues with related modules (HR, Payroll, Absence Management).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions and support business operations.
  • Create and modify reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor module.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft implementations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with healthcare applications (EHR systems like Allscripts and Epic is a plus).

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in data processing or computer systems.
