Job Description:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs. Regularly monitor vital signs and health status.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that each resident's needs and preferences are met.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents for side effects and effectiveness, and maintaining accurate medication records.
• Provide education to residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care practices to promote understanding and compliance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of residents' care, progress, and any changes in condition to ensure continuity of care.
• Respond to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with emergency services as necessary.
• Maintain accurate, complete healthcare records and reports.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Order medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
• Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Administer non-intravenous medications.
• Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by collaborating with healthcare team members.
• Modify patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
