Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Tax Consultant Job Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Can be remote but Hybrid preferred) Contract Duration: 5 months
Role & Responsibilities:
Must be a self-starter and be able to execute against goals. Must be able to complete most work duties with little training
Must be able to communicate schedule. Flexibility in daily tasks and assignments assigned
Working knowledge of Excel (advanced), Word & PowerPoint. Formulas include VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sumif, countif
Working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx. Retail industry Experience
Professional work experience required:
4+ years’ experience of Sales and use tax compliance – e-filing, data preparation, return preparation and reconciliation, request approvals and payments.
Use tax review for self-assessment. Account reconciliation. Tax research. Licensing.
Bachelor's degree with Accounting or Finance or other business major.
Independently work with other team members in the organization.
