Pay: $35 per hour

Licenses & Certifications Required:

• RN License (Texas State or Compact License)
• BLS Certification

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced RN for a 13-week contract in Long Term Care in Houston. The role involves providing high-quality care, monitoring resident health, and ensuring adherence to nursing standards and physicians’ orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and document resident care based on nursing standards and principles.
• Assess and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor health, identify changes, and coordinate referrals.
• Supervise and evaluate the work of nursing and care staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and collaborate with the Director of Care.
