Job Title: Python Developer - Expert
Duration: 30+ Months
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Python Developer with over 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in data modeling, predictive systems, and ETL processes, particularly within the insurance sector.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 7+ years in data modeling, including DataMarts and Data Warehouses using Star and Snowflake Schemas
• 7+ years developing predictive systems with R or Python
• 7+ years with TIBCO Spotfire Analyst and Web Player, including IronPython and JavaScript
• 7+ years creating and maintaining end-to-end ETL pipelines using tools like IBI Data Migrator
• 2+ years developing data warehouses in Workers' Compensation Insurance
• 7+ years in Oracle PL/SQL development, including advanced query optimization
• 2+ years with graph databases and fraud detection using neo4j
• 4+ years in data management, governance, and quality tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new DataMarts and improve existing ones
• Contribute to Data Warehouse/BI projects throughout their lifecycle
• Establish best practices for data model design
• Develop and maintain documentation for Data Warehouse and ETL processes
• Support and develop source system extraction, ETL processes, and BI dashboards/reports
• Maintain and develop Spotfire systems, including predictive models
• Automate data extraction and loading processes
• Operationalize predictive models
• Adhere to development standards, including SDLC and IT governance
