Job Title: Associate Manager, Social Listening and Measurement 
Location: Hybrid, Bolingbrook, IL
Duration: 5 Months + Possible Extension

Real-Time Social Monitoring

  • Maintain a constant connection with conversations on and off social channels to identify noteworthy discussions.
  • Establish automation tools for real-time monitoring and escalate important conversations as necessary.
  • Perform weekend and evening check-ins to ensure timely escalation of key conversations.

Social Listening

  • Conduct audits of community conversations across social media channels to uncover key themes, audience sentiment, and content ideas.
  • Analyze market conversations surrounding competitors, influencers, and fans to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop reports tracking conversations and sentiment across platforms and topics.
  • Extrapolate actionable insights from social listening data to guide brand marketing strategies.
  • Support social listening requests from teams such as product development, partner marketing, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the Community Specialist to refine engagement strategies that promote authentic interactions.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Develop benchmarks and reports for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead social marketing reporting, measurement, and evaluation, communicating impact to the broader business.
  • Collaborate with Guest Services to understand omni-channel consumer sentiment and align it with social insights.
  • Use social media tools (Sprinklr, Unmetric, Rival IQ, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube Insights) to analyze campaign performance.
  • Partner with agency teams for in-depth campaign recaps and trend reporting.

Research & Collaboration

  • Work with the Consumer Insights team on audience segmentation, internal surveys, and cross-platform research initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with technology partners, continuously evaluating vendors to ensure best-in-class tools for social listening and research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred).
  • 5-6 years of experience in social listening and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and mapping social listening data to industry trends.
  • Knowledge of consumer decision journeys and marketing funnels.
  • Experience with social listening platforms; Sprinklr proficiency is a plus.
  • Passion for the industry, with deep knowledge of current trends and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
