Job Description:

We are seeking two School Psychologists to work in an educational setting. This is a full-time position with 37.5 hours per week. Candidates must have a valid ESA Certificate and a Washington State School Psychologist License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological evaluations and assessments for students to determine appropriate educational programs and support services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support students’ emotional, social, and behavioral development.
• Assist in crisis intervention and support school staff in managing challenging behaviors.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on psychological issues affecting students.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make recommendations for adjustments when necessary.

Requirements:

• ESA Certificate – WA School Psychologist License
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals in the educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
