Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Fairbanks, Alaska

Contract Duration: 13 - 26 weeks

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 8.5 hours per day
• Friday: 6 hours per day

Total Hours: 40 hours per week (guaranteed)

Compensation:

• Regular Rate: $55/hr. - $62/hr.
• Overtime/Holiday Rate: $93/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients and create personalized therapy programs to address individual needs.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapy license and relevant certifications.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with patients and their families.
