Senior Project/Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to oversee and manage critical program operations in three key areas: Application and Development Support, Infrastructure Support, and Change Evaluation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with other related tasks and projects, while driving program performance and managing a variety of functions including staff, risk, and demand forecasting.

    Oversight and Coordination:

  • Provide strategic oversight and direction for application and development support, infrastructure support, and change evaluation.
  • Ensure integration and coordination with other dependent or associated tasks across the program.

    Program Management:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Status Reporting to track progress, performance, and deliverables.
  • Manage staff allocation and resources effectively to ensure optimal Staff Management across the program.
  • Oversee the performance of the program and make necessary adjustments to enhance Program Performance Management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate Risks and Issues, developing action plans to address them promptly.

    Demand and Forecast Management:

  • Create and maintain accurate Activity Forecasting to anticipate program demands and adjust resources accordingly.
  • Engage in Demand Management to ensure the program’s capacity aligns with business needs.

    Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide timely communication to ensure project alignment.
  • Undertake other Program Management Functions as needed to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

    Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in application and infrastructure support.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with change management processes and risk mitigation strategies.

    Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex programs, handle competing priorities, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in demand management and forecasting techniques.

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
