CT/X-Ray Technologist

Shift: Day (0800-1530), Evening (1500-2330), 5x8-Hour

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Cambridge, MN

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week assignment at an acute care hospital. This role will involve working a combination of day and evening shifts, with every other weekend required.

Qualifications:

• Certifications Required: ARRT & BLS
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years required
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• On-Call Requirement: No
• Floating: Will float within scope as needed
• Locals: Accepted with no radius restrictions
• Pending License: Accepted
• RTO Restrictions: Preferably no more than 5 days off

Technical Skills Required:

• Work Setting Experience: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department
• Equipment Experience: PACS, Philips, Toshiba
• CT/X-Ray Abdomen & Pelvis: Abdomen without/with contrast, Enterography study, Pelvis without/with contrast
• CT/X-Ray Chest: Chest without/with contrast, Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography), Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta)
• CT/X-Ray Head & Neck: Carotid, Head without/with contrast, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Trauma Head
• Image Display & Post-Processing: Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Region of Interest (ROI)
• Professional Knowledge: Contrast media preparation/administration, Radiation safety, Peripheral IV starts, Venipuncture
• Special Procedures: CT arthrography, Drainage, Myelography, Vascular CTA
• Spine & Musculoskeletal: Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal Trauma, Thoracic

Other Requirements:

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic (Excellian) experience required

• Hospital Details: 54-bed acute care hospital, Level IV trauma, Teaching facility

• Scrub Color: Gray
