Overview: A healthcare facility is seeking a Pharmacist for a 59-day assignment. The position requires working Monday through Friday with alternating weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience in IV preparation and be proficient in using EPIC software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Preparation: Provide and compound prescribed medications, including drug formulations, IV mixtures, and other pharmaceuticals.
• Pharmacy Operations: Ensure accurate and efficient pharmacy operations, including the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Patient Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all medications are prepared following regulatory standards.
• Documentation: Utilize EPIC software for accurate record-keeping and patient documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required).
• Licensure: Licensed as a Pharmacist by the State of New York (required).
• Experience: IV preparation experience and familiarity with EPIC software (required).
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs except red.
