Job Title: Procurement System Analyst - SAP FIELDGLASS

Location: Rahway, NJ

Duration: 3 months (with a possibility of extension)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Procurement System Analyst with expertise in SAP Fieldglass to support business activities related to Ariba Sourcing, Contracting, Buying, and Invoicing Modules. This role involves understanding the interdependencies across all Ariba modules to assess change impact and provide comprehensive support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support for Fieldglass and Ariba Reporting needs, including managing the P2P Dashboard and responding to business requests for data across various Ariba modules.
• Act as a backup for the Commodity Code/Material Code change management process and governance, coordinating requests with Finance, Tax, IT, and Business stakeholders, and maintaining master files for Ariba configuration.
• Participate as a team member in the Fieldglass Contingent Worker project, including testing, cutover planning and execution, developing a Global Playbook for Contingent worker deployments, and documenting issues during the Hypercare Period.
• Collaborate with the production support team to understand and address downstream and upstream impacts or changes, ensuring process continuity.
• Provide backup administration for Ariba Guided Buying.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance and Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with incomplete information.
• Demonstrated experience as a forward thinker and self-motivator who adapts to new challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in global and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• SAP Fieldglass experience, particularly in a Program Management Office.
• Strong analytical thinking and functional knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and Ariba.
• Experience in developing and executing test scripts and documenting results.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge of procurement processes, particularly in managing Contingent Labor and SOW Services using a Vendor Management System, preferably Fieldglass.
• Understanding of Fieldglass and Ariba Master Data and their impact on end-to-end processes.
• Familiarity with financial modules within ERP platforms (e.g., SAP ECC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, report writing, and presenting findings.

Experience Level: 3-5 years in Site-Based & Country Level Procurement.
