Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP Contractor with a background in business operations within manufacturing and supply chain environments. The ideal candidate will provide functional support for material purchasing and planning, specifically focusing on SAP MM and PP modules. The role is critical for ensuring efficient material requirements planning (MRP), data validation, and process improvement initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support on MRP for raw material purchases, working closely with buyers to improve processes.
• Review exception messages on requisitions and purchase orders (PO) to identify and close gaps.
• Manage daily folders by matching quantities produced to sales orders in SAP and Oracle.
• Support data validation efforts for the SAP transfer process.
• Participate in process improvement planning, utilizing the advanced PRM tool (SAP add-on).
• Align daily floor schedules with SAP dates to ensure accurate and efficient production planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

• SAP PP (Production Planning): Proficiency in SAP PP module.
• SAP MM (Materials Management): Proficiency in SAP MM module.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and S4HANA, with familiarity with SAP add-ons such as the advanced PRM tool.
• Strong background in business operations, particularly within manufacturing and supply chain contexts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to support both functional and process improvement tasks.
