PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 
Coupa Configurator Analytics and Production Support

BACKGROUND:

Client seeks the services of a reosurce to serve as a configurator as part of the RAPID (Rapid Agile Product Innovation & Development) team providing support of the Coupa system. They are seeking one Coupa Analyst to augment the team with a focus in Analytics and reporting. Theresource will also provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. The resource would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements. The RAPID Coupa team is comprised of cross-functional configurators, integration/reporting technologists, and business-line representatives from TS (Technology Services) within the Division. This position sits within DFM. The RAPID teams follow a four-week sprint cycle and follow a Scrum Agile methodology.

REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate shall demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics
  • The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa.
  • Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release.
  • Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience working on Agile teams and with Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, research, and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize solutions to a wide variety of needs.
  • Ability to navigate organizational culture and flexibility on the application of best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Workday knowledge a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The responsibilities shall include, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Serve as subject matter expert on design and development of Coupa Analytics reports
  • Support regression testing of new Coupa releases
  • Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support systems and processes, while adhering to compliance requirements and best practices in change management
  • Collaborate with technical and business subject matter experts to analyze process improvement opportunities, reduce process cycle times, and recommend changes to bring in line with industry best practices.
  • Document process changes, develop training materials, and conduct user training.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Support review, prioritization, and testing of Coupa feature releases before the changes are deployed in production.
  • Troubleshoot, research, and address system issues and process challenges Other duties as assigned.
