Job Title: SailPoint IdentityNow System Admin

Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) System Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, this resource will be responsible for the design, development, customization, implementation, and administration of solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) platform. This resource will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet business needs.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) platform / minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Java/J2EE development, including customization of SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) workflows and connectors / minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud, Networking and Telecom concepts / minimum of 5 years of experience

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

  • Experience and solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices (Governance and Administration, Access Management and Privilege Access Management) / minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) implementations from inception to completion / minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience on collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications / minimum of 5 years of experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other internal teams.
  • Excellent SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Education/Certifications – Include:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) preferred.
